Seasonal calendar
- Chelsea Christmas market crowds — The King's Road area gets busy with festive shoppers from mid-November onwards.
- Chelsea Flower Show — Late May brings huge crowds and road closures a short distance north in the borough — check your route in.

Getting there
- Fulham Broadway tube — District line station built into a shopping centre right outside the ground.
- West Brompton — Overground and District line alternative a short walk away, useful when Fulham Broadway is at capacity.
- Driving — Central London congestion charge and very limited parking make this one of the least car-friendly grounds in the league.
Safe away spots
- The Lily Langtry, Fulham Road — Large pub close to the ground, generally welcoming to away support in reasonable numbers. Map
- North End Road market — Street food and cafés a few minutes' walk from the station. Map
- Fulham Broadway shopping centre — Chain restaurants right by the tube, easy and neutral if pushed for time. Map

Transport alert
Standard Saturday
Nothing unusual in the London diary for this date. Book advance rail tickets 12 weeks out and check the operator's works page the Monday before.
Ground note
Fulham Broadway station and the surrounding streets are extremely congested for an hour either side of kick-off.
Ground note
The away end has restricted legroom in the upper tier — arrive in good time to find your row before it fills.
