Getting there

  • Manchester Road station — Direct trains from Manchester Victoria; 15-minute walk straight down Centenary Way to the ground.
  • From Burnley Central — Closer to the town-centre pubs, then 20 minutes on foot — fine in numbers.
  • Driving — M65 to J10 then follow signs; official car parks fill early, and the streets around Turf Moor are resident-permit only.

  • The Brun Lea, town centre — Big Wetherspoons ten minutes from the ground, used to mixed crowds and away coaches. Map
  • Pendle pies — The concourse pie-and-Bovril ritual is worth doing once; queues move fast. Map
