Seasonal calendar
- Festive period — Almost no trains on Boxing Day in Lancashire; driving or a coach is the only realistic option.
- Blackburn Festival of Making — Town-centre road closures for the summer weekend event.

Getting there
- Mill Hill station — One stop before Blackburn on the Bolton line and much closer to the ground than the main station.
- Bus 1 / 1A — Runs from Blackburn bus station down Bolton Road, dropping right outside Ewood.
- Parking — M65 J4 then follow signs; the club car parks fill by 14:00 but side streets off Bolton Road are usually open.
Safe away spots
